Flexible Ducts:
Flexible duct is designed for HVAC system. It is light weight, strong, fully flexible and compressible. Still it is dimensionally Stable.
Flexible duct is made up of double lamination of films permanently bonded a coated spring tough steel wire helix. For thermal efficiency it is wrapped externally with fiber glass wool insulation of various densities and thicknesses as required for Thermal resistance. Outer jacket is made-up of double laminated film with fiber glass yarn reinforcement, which act as a vapour barrier.
